Instruct your customer not to attempt repairing a broken opener and not to return to your business.
Have them email a photo to warranty@ChampagneProducts.com clearly showing the broken opener.
Alternatively, they can obtain a replacement (no questions asked), by returning their broken opener to:
Champagne Products, 222 N. Myrtle Ave., Monrovia, CA 91016.

12 Months from Date of Purchase:
A broken Champagne Opener can be replaced free of charge.
Proof of purchase is required for free replacement.

After 1 Year to 5 Years from Date of Purchase:
Customers are required to mail $10.00 to cover Shipping & Handling.
Proof of broken opener provided either by a PHOTO or a mailed RETURN.
